I’m so excited to share Marquesa’s session on the blog! Don’t you just love her name? I think it is just so beautiful. Her nickname is Markie which I find so cute too! Her name is so fitting for her. She is truly a beauty in every way.
When we were planning her session, Markie wanted a mix of photos in both a natural environment and an urban setting. We planned to meet first at Rider Park and then head to downtown Williamsport for the second hour of her session. Rider park is a beautiful area for senior photos. The mix of high grasses, wildflowers, paths and old stone foundations gives such a variety of backdrops. Also, depending on what time of the year you go, the landscape changes. There is so much green here during the summer months and then you get the rich golden hues in the fall.
After our time at Rider Park, we wandered around downtown Williamsport to capture a different look. I love adding a variety of looks to a senior portrait session when possible. The hardscape and architecture downtown lends a whole different vibe to your photo collection.
Markie, I had the best time hanging with you and your mom during your session. It was an amazing late summer evening with you. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we created so many gorgeous images! You are a true sweetheart and your beauty radiates from the inside-out. Thank you so much for choosing me to be your senior photographer! Graduation will be here before you know it. I wish you nothing but the best!
